ML've Health Course FAQ
Our lessons are conducted at, Oxley Tower, 138 Robinsons Road, #08-01/02. Singapore 068906 unless otherwise stated.
For Courses, learners will have to fill in the enquiry form at the selected course pages or Contact ML’ve. If learners do not want to apply for any subsidies, payment can be made on the website via PayNow.
For Modular course, learners can pay by checking out via the website, and proceed with payment. If you encounter any issues do call our hotline or Contact ML’ve.
For Courses, learners are required to make either full payment or a deposit of at least 10% of the Course Fee upon Course Registration. After deposit payment is made, the learner is required to make balance payment at least 14 days before Course Commencement Date. Payment may be made by via PayNow or Cash. If learner’s do not want to utilize any of the available subsidies, they can check out directly via our website.

If you are looking to start a career in the healthcare industry, then our Foundation courses are for you. However, if you seek a deeper understanding or progress in your career, then the advanced course would be the right choice even if you do not have experience in the healthcare sector!

Taking up healthcare course will improve the employability of learners and provide the means to allow easier progression into the healthcare sector! We provide Job Placement Support and work with e2i and other potential employers to link you up with job opportunities.
We believe everyone is deserves a chance to learn, if you do not meet the entry requirements, please feel free to Contact ML’ve and speak to one of our course counselors for more information.
Learners are required to attend at least 75% of the course to graduate with a Certificate of Competency. While there is no strict regulation to attend all the sessions, we highly encouraged that learners strive for full attendance to maximize their benefit of learning all the knowledge required.
Learners may also sit for make-up classes with the next batch of students if they are absent with valid reason.
Currently, we have various subsidy schemes offered by e2i, UTAP and SkillsFuture. Learners can visit our course pages under ML’ve Courses for more detailed information on the financing for each course.
Our courses are conducted by doctors and nursing staff who have vast experience in the healthcare industry. Thus, they are able to share and impart relevant knowledge to learner’s.

Refund Policy
ML’ve Health Care ACAdemy reserves the rights to change the Course commencement dates by giving a 7-day prior notification. The Course Commencement/Timing/Periods are based on your indicated preferences in relation to cohort’s preference.
Refund of full course fees is only applicable should ML’ve Health Care ACAdemy terminates the Course before the Course Commencement Date or before the Course Completion Date.
If the learner withdraws from the Course for any reason other than non-delivery of course, ML’ve Health Care ACAdemy will, within one (1) month of receiving the learner’s written notice of withdrawal, refund to the learner an amount based on the table below.
There will not be any refund of the Administrative Fee, Personal Accident Insurance and Medical Screening/Check Up Fees, where applicable.
Refund, if applicable, will be via Bank Transfer.
